Our founder, Mike started Investate because he wanted to make it easy for anyone to do what he does: make money by investing in real estate.
The origins of our agency can be traced back to a small team of innovative thinkers who recognized a gap in the market for a new kind of marketing and advertising agency. They believed that the traditional approach to advertising no longer resonated with consumers and that a new, more personal and authentic approach was needed.
