You can use the free <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/advanced-custom-fields\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advancedcustomfields.com\/resources\/registering-a-custom-post-type\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">create a custom post type<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advancedcustomfields.com\/resources\/registering-a-custom-taxonomy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">custom taxonomy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you have added some posts in the custom post type and taxonomy in the custom taxonomy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose we have a custom post type called <strong>Books<\/strong> and a custom taxonomy called <strong>Book Author<\/strong> with a couple of authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we want to show posts from a particular author (for example &#8211; Paul) only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this you have to find the slug of that particular taxonomy item, go to your Custom Post Type &gt; Custom Taxonomy, in our case we\u2019ll go to <strong>Books<\/strong> &gt;
